Job Purpose The Accounting Analyst position is responsible for assisting with general accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. This position is hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) and is located at our
Sioux Falls, SD location.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with daily accounting operations and month-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Participate in audits to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Perform data entry and support document management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
- Other accounting duties as assigned
Annual compensation range is $54,375-79,750 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).
Experience Required - Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience required
Preferred Qualifications - Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Other Office applications
