Work environment and conditions may vary by client site. + Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Possess effective written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of client personnel and the general public in a professional manner. + Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology for personnel management and fulfilling security duties. + Possess the skills to handle crisis situations at client sites in a calm and efficient manner. + Ability to: + Work in various environments such as cold or hot weather, rain or snow + Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds + Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift + Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time **MINIMUM REQUIREMETNS** **:** + Must be at least 21 years of age. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + Possess a **current** Guard Card and Firearm Permit and any other licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations that may be required prior to employment. + As a condition of employment, the candidate must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + Possess a valid driver's license, requiredfor driving positions only. + Must have at least1 year of security experience within the past 3 years; or military and/or law enforcement experience. + **As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
