What does a Beverage Server do?
- Always promptly checks for assigned work area before beginning of shift.
- Consistently keeps tray set up with ashtrays, straws, napkins, etc.
- Completely services assigned work area by changing ashtrays, taking drink orders, serving drinks, removing empty cups, pushing in chairs and completing assigned side work.
- Maintains complete knowledge of entire beverage and food menu including service procedure and pricing.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Beverage Server, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, must be able to speak English.
- Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
- Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
- Previous Food & Beverage server experience a plus.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
