Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-growing, team-driven company? We’re looking for a Cabinet Maker & Assembler to join our shop in St. Charles, MO —a place where your performance matters and your work is part of something custom and meaningful.

What we Offer:

• Pay; $20-$25 per hour (based on experience).
• Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00am–5:00pm (Fridays optional paid OT).
• Benefits: Health Insurance.
• 1 Week PTO after 90-Day Probation Period.

What You'll Do:

• Build and assemble custom kitchen and bath cabinetry.
• Stain and finish cabinetry to spec.
• Read and follow blueprints (training in blueprints is also available).
• Collaborate with a team that tracks performance and celebrates success.

We’re it if this is You:

• Motivated and eager to learn a skilled trade.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Cabinet making or fine carpentry experience is a plus.
• Must live within 50 miles of St. Charles, MO.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience needed—we’ll train the right person!
