Job Posting ExternalThis role is primarily focused on environmental compliance.ResponsibilitiesAssist the company in monitoring and managing environmental, health and safety (EH&S), compliance for all Crown domestic manufacturing and branch operations.Develop EH&S programs, audit company facilities, and complete regulatory mandates in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.Develop and conduct appropriate training programs for company employees and assist in the development of internal EH&S programs.Conduct EH&S audits of company facilities.Monitor, prepare regulatory reports and coordinate on a regular basis, EH&S programs such as compliance with wastewater pretreatment regulations, stormwater, air emissions and hazardous waste regulations for designated company facilities.Complete environmental permit applications for company facilities.Work with the company employees, supervisors, managers and executives in addressing EH&S related issues.This position requires significant travel (15%) and the successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision QualificationsThis position requires a four-year college degree in EH&S or related field.A working knowledge of EH&S regulations and reporting required. Three to five years' experience in process operations in a manufacturing environment relating to EH&S management, air emissions, wastewater treatment and hazardous chemical regulations (including waste) are necessary for this position.
