We’re looking for a CRO & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our campaigns, tools, and backend workflows—while owning the coordination and documentation of our conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing program. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, takes ownership of details, and keeps cross-functional teams organized and aligned. You’ll focus on marketing operations and administrative support (e.g., ticketing, QA, calendar management, content tracking), while also leading the charge on test coordination, documentation, and performance reporting.
You’ll help support the implementation of new platforms like Buyist—coordinating assets, timelines, and QA—without owning the tool itself.
