**Job Family** **:** Data Science Consulting **Travel Required** **:** None **Clearance Required** **:** Active Secret **What You Will Do** **:** Guidehouse is seeking a Data Scientist Manager who will: + Provide data science and analytics solutions to Department of Defense Clients. + Identify and address client needs, build client relationships, and drive initiatives forward. + Wrangle, cleanse, and analyze data using programming languages such as Python + Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools + Build predictive and/or Large Language Models on advanced data science platforms **What You Will Need** **:** + An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance + Bachelor's Degree + FIVE (5) or more years of experience in data science, data analysis, or data visualization **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment + Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes + Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency + Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers + Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization **What We Offer** **:** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
