Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing a variety of events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating seamless and memorable events. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the dynamic world of event management.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and logistics of events from conception to completion
Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure timely execution of event details
Manage event materials, supplies, and timelines
Support on-site setup, execution, and teardown of events
Maintain and update event documentation and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines
Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in event planning or administrative support roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
