Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events ranging from open houses and client meetings to large-scale promotional gatherings. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and aligns with our company values.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating all event logistics
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Prepare event materials, signage, and promotional content
Support setup, execution, and teardown of events
Track budgets, maintain timelines, and handle administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
Provide on-site support and manage guest experience
Evaluate event success and report on feedback and improvement areas
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in event coordination or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
