Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring operational excellence from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up. The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with our brand standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and executing in-person corporate events, trade shows, and client activations.
Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor communication, and supply management.
Monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Prepare event materials, manage guest lists, and coordinate registration.
Support onsite operations, including set-up, registration, and breakdown.
Conduct post-event evaluations and help develop reports and improvement plans.
Maintain accurate records of event-related expenses and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to last-minute changes.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on event schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office tools.
