Job Description:An Events Assistant plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing various events that reflect the brand and creative vision of the company. You will assist in ensuring every event runs smoothly, meets objectives, and delivers a memorable experience for clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events, brand launches, and promotional campaigns

Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, materials, and vendor communication

Support the Events Coordinator with timelines, checklists, and event schedules

Attend events to provide on-site support and troubleshoot as needed

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align branding with event themes

Maintain accurate records and reports related to event planning and execution

Qualifications:

Previous Experience In Event Planning Or Coordination Preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event planning software

High attention to detail and creative thinking
