Clean Harbors in Bartow, FL are looking for an Equipment Operator / Yard Driver is responsible for safely operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment and yard vehicles to support daily operations. This position ensures the efficient movement of trailers, containers, and materials within the yard and facility grounds while following all safety protocols and company procedures.

Pay: $27

Shift: 1st shift 7am-5pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate yard trucks, forklifts, loaders, or other heavy equipment to move trailers, containers, and materials.
• Spot and shuttle trailers to and from docks, staging areas, and designated yard locations.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on vehicles and equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer movements, loads, and equipment usage.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
• Keep yard and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse, and operations staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support general facility operations as required.
