About The Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role supports both daily HR operations and the recruitment process, helping to create a seamless and positive experience for candidates and employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Recruiting Support

  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and candidates during the final stage of the selection process
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, external search firms)
  • Track applicant progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintain candidate communication to ensure a high-touch experience
  • Support onboarding logistics, including background checks, offer letters, and new hire paperwork
  • Work with immigration attorneys to manage and track ongoing immigration cases

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, digital files, and HR databases
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and orientation programs
  • Support HR compliance efforts, including audits and documentation
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Respond to general HR inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Coordinate with immigration firm regarding visa requirements and processing for new hires and current employees
  • Manage HR office programs and tools, including Webox, office setup, and related administrative systems
  • Assist with special HR projects and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related administrative roles
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Experience in supporting full-cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong customer service mindset with high enthusiasm, naturally curious about the workforce
  • Experience with Gsuite
  • Ability to work with cross teams

The Hiring Process

  • Interview with the HR Director and the VP of Finance and Operations

Location: This position is based at the HQ office in San Jose, with an onsite requirement of three days per week.
