Job Description

Duration: FTE

Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the People and Culture team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
  • Assist in managing the job posting process on internal and external sites, ensuring content effectively captures the role
  • Support the recruiting and hiring process for various levels and roles, coordinate logistics and communications
  • Review applications, assist in screening candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and track recruiting data, including pipeline activity, candidate status, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including offer letters, background checks, HRIS entry, and completion of new hire paperwork
  • Work with HR Business Partners and the Compensation team to ensure alignment and continuity across roles within the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in HR, recruitment coordination or a related role, preferably in matrixed environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple concurrent priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in interactions with candidates and stakeholders
  • Quick understanding of the company's value proposition and ability to convey it through various communication channels
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

  • Recruiting experience in an enterprise organization

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
