Inside Sales Representative – Residential Construction (Part-Time/Full-Time) Create Construction Inc., a boutique design-build firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a motivated Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calling. This role is key to converting leads into consultation meetings and moving prospects further along our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident on the phone, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to represent our company professionally. This position offers flexibility as either part-time or full-time and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a client-facing role within the residential construction industry. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming lead calls, provide basic information, and schedule consultation meetings with the sales team. • Conduct outbound calls to new leads from third-party lead generation platforms, company website submissions, and online marketing campaigns. • Proactively follow up with prospects who previously received proposals but have not yet moved forward. • Maintain accurate records of communications, appointments, and lead status in the CRM system. • Build rapport with prospects, ensuring a positive first impression of Create Construction. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize lead conversion and meet company growth goals. • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, with availability for in-person team meetings when needed. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or client relations (experience in residential construction or home services is a plus). • Excellent phone communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly demeanor. • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently to convert leads into consultation meetings. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads and prospects at different stages. • Basic computer literacy with CRM, scheduling, or lead management tools. • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals. • Must reside in Los Angeles, CA, with ability to attend in-person team meetings.
