Mechanical Engineering Intern

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. Location: This position is based in San Jose, CA.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Propose new ideas to save on manufacturing costs, labor, or improve quality.
• Test and present findings for assigned projects.
• Create documentation and process flow diagrams, based on assigned projects.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal skills; excellent listener.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Must demonstrate a bias for action and implementation.
• Proven and demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Experience with leveraging spreadsheets, systems, and processes to complete tasks.
• Experience with creating 3D designs and drawings using dimensioning and tolerancing. Experience with SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

Salary Ranges: $44.00 - $48.00
