What You'll Be Doing:
Originate Loans: Focus on originating residential mortgages and building your business.
Leverage Leads: Work with warm and cold leads provided, or generate your own business.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and borrowers.
Guide Clients: Meet with applicants, explain loan options, and ensure a smooth process.
Ensure Compliance: Review loan agreements and adhere to legal regulations.
Manage Your Pipeline: Monitor loan progress and ensure timely funding.
What You'll Get:

High-Point Options: Up to 5 points (500 bps) for FHA/VA and up to 6 points (600 bps) for conventional loans.
Brokerage Payouts: All brokered loans pay 125 to 150 bps.

Lead Options: Work with Experian trigger leads, self-generated business, or Home IQ realtor partnerships.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
NMLS License: Active NMLS state and federal license.
Mortgage Experience: 1+ year of mortgage experience (preferred).
Loan Knowledge: Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines.
Processing Knowledge: Knowledge of processing, underwriting, and/or closing procedures.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS applications.
Self-Motivation: Highly organized and self-motivated.
Customer Focus: Teamwork and customer service oriented.
