Who You Are:

NMLS & MLO License: Must have your NMLS & MLO license in CA, CO, FL, and/or MN.
Referral Network: Has existing referral sources and the desire to grow.
Sales Experience: 2+ years of inside sales experience.
Mortgage Experience: 1+ year of experience in the mortgage industry.
Outgoing Personality: Extremely outgoing and good with people.
Communication Skills: Committed to communication for a seamless experience.
