Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Entry Level

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Location: Canada (Remote)

Visa Status: Canada, Work Permit / Citizen / PR

Pay Rate: $55/hr $80/hr

Travel: Not Required

Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management).
• Support HR teams with day-to-day activities including employee data management, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Work under the guidance of senior consultants to troubleshoot system issues and test system configurations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results.
• Assist with data migration, employee records validation, and HR reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into HCM system solutions.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, business processes, and training materials.
