About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys in a wide range of legal tasks. You’ll play a key role in organizing cases, communicating with clients, and helping to ensure our matters move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations
• Organize and maintain case files and supporting documents
• Provide administrative support and assist attorneys throughout all phases of a case
• Communicate professionally with clients and witnesses
• Attend court sessions and take detailed notes as needed
• Track case deadlines and manage documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred
• Paralegal certification, Associate’s degree, or pending bar results considered
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and California courts
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organized with strong document and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
