Litigation Paralegal – Intellectual Property Focus

Boutique Law Firm | San Francisco | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

This is a hands-on opportunity to support top-tier attorneys on high-stakes intellectual property litigation. The firm offers a fast-paced environment, a collaborative culture, and meaningful work. Candidates must have 2 years or more Paralegal experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing large case files, including transitions from prior counsel
• Organizing pleadings, transcripts, exhibits, and trial materials
• Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and redactions
• Conducting fact investigations, including legal database and public record research
• Supporting deposition preparation and coordinating with litigation vendors
• Drafting legal documents such as discovery, pleadings, notices, and court forms
• Filing legal documents electronically in compliance with court rules

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of litigation paralegal experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Familiarity with PACER, electronic filing systems, and document review platforms such as DISCO, Everlaw, or Relativity
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Westlaw or LEXIS, and civil procedure rules
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle large volumes of information independently
