Hours:  

Part-Time, 2-6 shifts/month, depending on season. Must be available for events, which include Friday evening, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Average of 5 hours per shift with occasional longer shifts up to 12 hours. More shifts/hours available based on performance.

Description:  

Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex (HRMC) is looking for a PART-TIME Event Cashier to manage transactions with customers coming into our facilities accurately and efficiently during busy event weekends. Your responsibilities would include receiving payments and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions, ensuring waivers are filled out correctly and signed by all parties entering facility, as well as helping with office duties to keep everything running smoothly. To be successful in this role, you must be customer oriented and have a drive to go above and beyond the task at hand.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers coming into the facilities
• Ensure all customers and vendors sign waiver when entering facility
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• Clean driving record and current driver's license
• Basic math skills
• Communication and time management skills
• A high attention to detail
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 30lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (3-5 hours)

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Ability to learn new information quickly
• Ambition to grow and develop with the company

Horn Rapids Motorsports Complex is the premier motocross and off-road facility in the Pacific Northwest! We are open year-round, mostly Friday through Sunday. We have open practice days on our nationally renowned motocross tracks and acres of desert trails and we host some of the largest off-road events in the PNW.
