Viera Builders, Inc., is seeking a full time, hourly paid entry level Purchasing Assistant to assume responsibility for completing multiple tasks related to the purchasing department.

Requirements:
High school diploma. Associate's degree preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working in an office preferably in a residential construction or purchasing/inventory office environment. Strong organizational and interpersonal competencies. Strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office and basic to intermediate Excel and Outlook skills. Knowledge/experience in Residential Construction preferred. Ability to diplomatically and professionally work with all levels of employees and management to achieve a common goal. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in accurate data entry. Teamwork and time management skills required. Ability to meet deadlines and a high level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast pace, demanding environment.
