On-site | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM Are you an experienced accounting professional with a knack for solving puzzles and tracking down details others miss? We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented Accounting & Reconciliation Specialist to take ownership of bookkeeping and financial functions for a fast-paced restaurant operation, as well as support some dealership accounting. This is not just your typical AP job—we need someone with serious QuickBooks skills and the ability to track, audit, and untangle complex vendor billing and payments across multiple systems and sources. What You’ll Do: * Own the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process for a restaurant — enter, match, and audit invoices. * Investigate past vendor bills that may have been paid through multiple sources (including third-party platforms, credit cards, ACH, etc.). * Perform regular reconciliation of bills, vendor accounts, and bank accounts.

• Post journal entries, disburse checks, and ensure all records are clean and accurate.

Support intercompany transactions and assist with general ledger integrity. * Support Accounts Receivable functions for partner companies, including applying payments and communicating with customers as needed. * Take on special projects based on your strengths—this role has room to grow. What We’re Looking For: * At least 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience—ideally in a multi-entity or restaurant/hospitality environment. * High-level QuickBooks proficiency absolutely required. * A sharp, logical thinker who thrives when investigating discrepancies and solving problems. * Confidence working independently and managing your own priorities. * Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
