As a Recruiting Coordinator Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our talent acquisition team while developing valuable skills in recruiting operations. You'll assist with coordinating interviews, managing candidate documentation, and supporting administrative processes during our hiring season. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about recruitment while contributing to the success of our team as we work to attract and hire top talent across the organization.
About the role
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team during the hiring process
Assist with processing documentation and paperwork for candidates
Help maintain and update candidate tracking systems to ensure accurate pipeline reporting
Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring leaders and candidates
Support communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Assist with special projects for leaders across the Talent Acquisition teams as needed
Learn about recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems, and best practices in hiring
About you
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Previous administrative, customer service, or coordination experience
Experience with scheduling tools or applicant tracking systems
