Job Title: Robotics Engineer (W2 Contract)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Robotics Sustaining and Operations Engineer to lead the deployment operations and post-deployment field service process for our robotics systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering, quality control, failure analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Lead robotics deployment operations and post-deployment field service process.
+ Conduct quality control failure analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
+ Design and implement solutions to improve product quality and reliability.
+ Utilize data analytics skills and reporting tools to analyze and visualize findings, including statistical analysis, failure Pareto, issue prioritization, and fix schedule estimation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation to support product sustaining and operations.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of industry experience in product quality control, product sustaining, field operations, product failure analysis, and continuous improvements.
+ Strong hardware engineering background , including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, sensors, motors, and other relevant technologies.
+ Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution development.
+ Excellent data analytics skills, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr.
