Job Description

A Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams by coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales efforts through lead generation and customer relationship management, analyzing market trends, and managing various marketing materials to ultimately drive sales revenue and achieve business goals; requiring strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team. Their job is to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

This role will play a crucial part in shaping the online and offline presence of Aqua Restaurant Group in Miami, by executing industry-leading marketing campaigns and initiatives. Working with the wider marketing team, this position offers opportunities for professional growth and development, while putting your current skill set into practice with a diverse array of responsibilities.

In this ever-changing role where no day is the same, you may find yourself coordinating new menu launches, VIP events, or behind-the-scenes content. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

MARKETING:

  • Assisting in executing marketing strategies to amplify the presence of the Hutong brand
  • Writing attention-grabbing copy for various platforms, matching the brand's tone of voice and engaging our audience.
  • Coordinating marketing activities for each of the restaurants, staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Engagement and response for social media accounts.
  • Capturing industry-leading social media content for our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement social media strategies
  • Updating listings for events and online reservation platforms
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for marketing platforms.
  • Researching and coordinating influencers reservations
  • Editing and creating video content
  • Live event coverage on-site when needed for social media
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing activities across all platforms.

Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content

Managing social media presence and creating engaging content to attract target audiences

Organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products or services

Your goal is to create a buzz around the company's offerings, generate leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel.

SALES:

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant's sales efforts, including generating leads, booking reservations, building relationships with potential clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of events, all while maintaining a strong focus on achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction within the restaurant's brand standard
  • Assist with lead generation and qualification, focusing on high-potential leads
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to aid in the sales process
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data and insights
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, freeing them up to focus on revenue-generating activities

By providing this support, you'll enable the sales team to close more deals and drive revenue growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury, lifestyle, or events industry.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Comfortable creating content with iPhone/DSLR Camera.
  • Ability to shoot and edit in-house content with software such as Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar.
  • Strategic and creative while staying data-driven.
  • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and can fit in where needed.
  • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous marketing work demonstrating creativity and expertise.
