Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
• Solid understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio .
• Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, and using APIs for integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud data objects (leads , contacts, opportunities).
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer unification and segmentation (preferred).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect or integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with data extensions, contact builder, and subscriber management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cross-channel marketing journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to build dynamic audience segments and enable real-time personalization .
• Set up and manage connections between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud using Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Leverage Data Cloud for identity resolution, customer profile unification, and behavioral segmentation.
• Use AMPscript and SSJS to personalize content and enhance email/SMS campaigns.
• Build automation workflows using Automation Studio for triggered campaigns and data processing .
• Collaborate with Sales Cloud users to sync leads, contacts, and campaign influence metrics .
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives.
• Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance using Datorama or Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
