Job Description:

We are seeking highly organized, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Secretaries and Administrative Assistants. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our team of agents, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing top-notch administrative assistance. This is a full-time, remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize agents' schedules, appointments, and travel plans
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Draft and proofread important correspondence, contracts, and documents
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
Keep client files and records well-organized and up to date
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external use
Conduct research and gather information to support various tasks
Manage general office tasks, including ordering supplies and tracking expenses
Provide excellent support to clients as needed
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Knowledge of the sports industry is a bonus, but not required
