Lead complex projects and mentor junior team members. Present actuarial findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Must-Have Skills: FCAS certification. Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance lines (property or casualty). Expert experience in statistical modeling and data analysis. Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with large account pricing and risk evaluation. Familiarity with reinsurance concepts and structures.
