Your Impact The Manager provides day-to-day SEO leadership for large and advanced clients, broadens engagement across channels, and mentors junior team members. You will participate in new business pitches and help shape our SEO offerings. This is a full-time role requiring 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities Develop and execute client-owned media strategies. Serve as the primary contact to present strategies to clients. Lead owned media engagements for large, complex clients. Identify and facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Participate in new business pitches. Mentor junior team members in owned media topics. Lead the creation of new practices and industry-relevant deliverables. Represent the company at industry conferences and events. Develop client success case studies and industry POVs. Achieve high client satisfaction scores. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO. Advanced knowledge of industry tools and platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to maximize results. Basic understanding of HTML; experience with CSS, JavaScript is a plus. The estimated salary range in New York City is $80,000–$100,000, with variations based on location and experience.
