TRC Talent Solutions is seeking Staging Technicians on behalf of their client located in Norcross, GA. Details provided below. Their expertise spans across industries including retail, logistics, healthcare, and field services. Pay Rate: $16/hrShift: 8:00a-5:00p; 9:30a-6:30p Mon-Fri Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect devices for shipping damage and assess functionalityTest, charge, and replace battery units as neededLoad and configure network settings per customer specificationsInstall and configure programs as directed by order detailsUpgrade software and firmware on devices as necessaryDocument and communicate any device or system issues with Project LeadsRepackage and label completed items for shipment according to order requirementsPerform general warehouse duties, including organizing and maintaining inventoryEnsure proper device handling and storage to prevent damageConduct quality control checks to ensure all devices meet required specificationsTroubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate more complex problems to technical support teamsAssist with device setup, including peripherals and accessories, as requiredFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentQualifications & Requirements:Previous experience in a technology-staging, production, or systems support role preferredGeneral knowledge of mobile devices, including basic troubleshootingPrior warehouse experience preferredExcellent communication skills and ability to follow technical work instructionsDetail-oriented with a critical thinking mindsetProfessional and dependable work ethic TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
