Job Description

We're hiring a Travel Spa Sales & Wellness Manager in Bradenton, Florida. This is a full-time, travel-based role with a $3,000/month base plus uncapped commission. All travel expenses are covered.

About the Role

Step into multiple spa locations and make an immediate impact. Each assignment lasts 2–3 months, depending on how quickly the spa reaches stability. Your primary focus will be mentoring teams, guiding clients to the right treatment packages and skincare products, and ensuring each location meets sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

1. Coach and support front desk staff to achieve revenue targets
2. Engage directly with clients to recommend treatments and products
3. Track location performance and implement strategies for improvement
4. Travel between spa locations, leaving each branch stronger than you found it

Who We're Looking For

1. 1 years of sales leadership experience in spa, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury retail
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
3. Comfortable with travel and adapting quickly to new environments
4. Strong client-facing communication and professional presence
