TyrrellTech is looking for someone who would start inside and learn the inner-workings of order taking, shipping and receiving, and customer service. This position will start inside but offers growth potential to those who would like to learn and succeed. The company is willing to train a new employee to learn the position and the company’s processes. This person will manage incoming and outgoing product, they will pull, pick and pack orders, they will process shipments, receive pallets and more. They will run the warehouse for our main headquarters.
This job will include organization, attention to detail and order processing. This employee will be required to keep the office and work area clean, safe and presentable. This position will also involve a close connection with the company’s inventory—counting and maintaining the proper stock of necessary products.
We are looking for someone with organizational skills, good time management, and a conscientious attitude. We would like someone who is comfortable dealing with people and working in a customer service role. The proper candidate for this position will be high energy, have basic computer skills, be good with their hands, and be physically fit. The employee will also need to be able to operate the company box truck and be fit to be added to the company’s insurance policy.
The employee will need to handle packages up to 60 pounds on a regular basis. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We would prefer that the candidate have a high school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience.
