Requirements:

Education

o A bachelor’s degree o 2 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or a related field may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills & Qualifications:

o Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage pricing, service levels, and carrier relationships effectively.

o Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions and optimize operations.

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.

o Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues related to freight, transportation, or customer service.
