Is a strategic thinker and operational leader that bridges clinical and administrative functions, enhances patient access to timely care, and reduces fragmentation across the continuum. Through leadership, innovation, and collaboration, drives measurable improvements in care coordination, patient experience, and clinical outcomes. Plays a key part in shaping the organization's strategy to ensure every patient receives timely, coordinated, and compassionate care throughout their journey. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:** Current RN License - State of California BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** 8 years of recent relevant experience **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** **:** Progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, care coordination, or patient access within a complex healthcare system. Proven experience managing clinical and non-clinical staff and leading cross-functional, patient-centered initiatives. Deep understanding of hospital and ambulatory operations, clinical workflows, and access challenges across care settings.
